  • How do I place an order?
    To place an order on the COW Home online store, simply browse through our range of luxurious Bath & Body products, select the items you love, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase.
  • My product arrived damaged or in a poor condition, what do I do?
    In the unlikely event that your product should arrive damaged, please contact us at hello@cowhome.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition and we can assist you further. Products should not be arriving damaged, as all products are quality checked before dispatch. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Our Return, Refund & Exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Can I have a refund?
    You have a legal right to cancel an order, which starts from the date we confirm your order has been despatched. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have 14 days (calendar days inc. weekends and bank holidays) in which you can cancel, starting from the day after the day you receive your products. ​ Where you have cancelled an order and your products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us within 14 days after the day you inform us of your cancellation. Your refund will be processed within 14 calendar days after the day we receive your return. ​ If you've changed your mind and wish to cancel an order, please note that you will have to pay the costs of posting/shipping for returning the goods. Our Return, Refund & Exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Can I exchange a product?
    We are able to process an exchange if you are not 100% satisfied with the product you have received. We will review the exchange request on a case-by-case basis. Products that wish to be exchanged are required to be sent back to us and should be unused or opened before the exchange is processed and dispatched. The customer is responsible for paying the costs of posting/shipping the goods to return them to us. Please contact us at hello@cowhome.co.uk with order details and order number. Our Return, Refund & Exchange policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    At COW Home, we accept various payment methods including credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna & Clearpay. You can choose the payment option that suits you best during checkout. Klarna and Clearpay is credit not regulated by the FCA. Use of these and any missed payments may affect your ability to obtain credit from Klarna, Clearpay and other lenders. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. T&Cs apply.
  • How can I contact customer support?

  • Are COW Home products cruelty-free and vegan-friendly?
    At COW Home, we are proud to offer cruelty-free products. Our commitment to ethical practices ensures that our Bath & Body products are not tested on animals. Due to ingredients used in a small number of products, we can not rule out these not containing any animal-derived ingredients and therefore can not state that these are vegan-friendly. Most of our products are vegan-friendly but have not been checked or verified by an outside source. Please check individual products for ingredients vegan-friendly status.
  • Who do you send your orders with and how long will it take?
    Our orders are sent via EvRi, meaning you will receive a tracking reference number but delivery is 3-4 business days. All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If you order an item which states 'pre-order', the date of shipping will be supplied on the product page.
  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    At COW Home, we aim to dispatch your orders promptly. The estimated delivery time for orders is typically within 2-6 business days. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location, backlog and pick-up times/availability of our courier.
  • It's been over 6 business days and my order still hasn't shipped yet. What do I do?
    Please contact us at hello@cowhome.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
  • Do you offer click and collect?
    Yes. The collection point is based at WS8 6ER, and further details are outlined in the confirmation email, and on the order page before you pay.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    We currently only offer shipping/delivery options for those living in the United Kingdom, we do not offer international shipping, however this may become available in the future.
