Shipping and Delivery
What You Need to Know
All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days, typically we dispatch all orders on a Tuesday and a Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with EvRi. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to check all details are correct before placing an order with us. Orders will be dispatched to the address given, we try our best to ensure all address details are correct but ultimately this is your responsibility. Our delivery price is ran off weight, with all orders under 1kg being £3.99, orders between 1-2kg will be £4.99, orders between 2kg-5kg will be £5.99, and anything above this will be £6.49. All items have weight recorded in the product details at the back end of our system which will determine the price of shipping you pay.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available but in most cases, the tracking number will be provided in the 'on the way' email. If it isn't for any reason, please contact us and we'll be more than happy to provide this to you.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at orders@cowhome.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

If your order has stated it has been delivered, but you haven't received it, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation on both our end, and our couriers end. We will be using all evidence provided to us such as delivery proof images to conduct our investigation, alongside with the GPS coordinates from our courier. If you have stated 'safe place' in your shipping tracking, this is your own responsibility and we cannot persue this further, these details are outlined on the couriers website.
