Why are certain items out of stock at the moment?

We're currently in a soft launch at Bottl'd, and only have a certain amount of bottles available. All stock is monitored and we aim to have a permanent in-stock feature for all Bottl'd products from 14th June 2025.

Adding 3 & 6 Bottl'd items to receive a discount. How does it work?

It's easy! Add 3 Bottl'd items and you'll receive 10% off which is applied automatically. Add 6 to receive 15% off all six Bottl'd items. If you're adding 4 or 5 Bottl'd items, these will be charged at full price. You can only receive discount when buying 3 or 6 bottles. Any extras will be charged at full price, so in this case if you buy 4 Bottl'd items, you'll recieve 10% off the first three, and your fourth bottle will be full price.

How should I store my Bottl'd item?

Out of direct sunlight and in a cool environment.

Where are these made?

All items are made in our Staffordshire warehouse based at Unit 135 Anglesey Business Park, WS12 1NR.

What kind of fragrance is this?

We develop all of our Bottl'd items to eau de Parfum, which is the strongest fragrance type possible in terms of perfume production.

Can I spray Bottl'd products on clothing?

You may use these products to make your clothing smell nice, but always be cautious that perfume is oil and not all oil is clear, so for this we'd recommend using our products onto skin primarily, if using on clothing always test on a patch first and remember to spray at least 40cm away from yourself or clothing. You do spray our products onto your clothes at your own risk and we take no responsibility for staining.

It feels oily, what do I do?

Bottl'd products are perfume and like all brands, this is derived as an oil into the product. Although we test every fragrance recipe to ensure they do not come across oily, we recommend you to shake each bottle before use as an additional way to mix up the ingredients.

What is the ratio of fragrance in your products?

The ratio is 25% fragrance. This is the maximum permitted strength we can use in accordance to our Cosmetic Safety Product Report. A legal document required for the safe development of cosmetics in the UK.

The spray top on my bottle is broken, what do I do?

Please send a video of this to hello@cowhome.co.uk or our social media pages where we can assess further. You will not be able to take the lid off and swap it for a new one, these are crimped bottles and are designed to not be removed. All returns including faulty items fall in line with our returns policies.

I've dropped it and smashed the bottle, what do I do?

We do not cover refunds or exchanges for a fault of your own in this sense, please clear the liquid with paper towels and clean the surface immediately. Discard glass into the suitable waste bins in accordance to your local council.

Can I spray my pets with this?

No.

Why is there no box with my perfume?

We're currently designing a box to go with our range, but at first we're using a temporary bottle which is still glass and the same design, but taller. This is until our original bottle returns back into stock expected on 11th June. Once this has arrived in stock, we can begin designing the suitable box for the outer packaging. Until then all Bottl'd items will arrive with the safety tag around the bottle, and wrapped in bubble wrap for safe transportation.

My bottle has arrived broken in transit, what do I do?

Please send images of this to hello@cowhome.co.uk showing the broken bottle and a replacement will be dispatched out to you free of charge.

Is Bottl'd vegan?

All materials used for Bottl'd are vegan by ingredients but not certified.

Why so cheap?

We aren't cheap, we're respectable. We launched COW Home as a whole to bring fragranced goods without the price tag. We've discontinued some of our range to bring production costs down for Bottl'd.
