Order Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We also allow order cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not already been dispatched.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@cowhome.co.uk.
Returns
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered and you would like to return it:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
- Products must be returned unused and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Exchanges
If you’re not completely happy with your order, we may be able to offer an exchange on a case-by-case basis.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and unopened.
- You must contact us before returning the item.
Please email customer.services@cowhome.co.uk with your order number and details of the item you’d like to exchange.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@cowhome.co.uk.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the issue
