Shipping policy
At COW Home & Body, we want to give you the best possible shopping experience — one that keeps you coming back. That’s why our store policies are designed to be fair, clear and transparent.

Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed within 2–6 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
Orders are typically dispatched on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Evri containing your tracking information.
Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your order:
- Orders under 1kg — £3.99
- 1kg to 2kg — £5.49
- 2kg to 5kg — £7.29
- Orders above 5kg — £7.38
Product weights are stored within our system and automatically determine the shipping cost applied at checkout.
Please note: Deliveries to Northern Ireland may incur higher shipping charges due to courier location surcharges and are excluded from our free shipping offer.
Shipping Information & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
If tracking information is missing from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 10 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at orders@cowhome.co.uk with your name and order number.
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue with Evri.
Where available, we may use delivery information provided by the courier, including:
- GPS delivery coordinates
- Delivery confirmation photographs
- Courier tracking events
Please note: If a safe place or alternative delivery location has been selected either at checkout or directly with the courier, delivery may be considered fulfilled by the courier and additional claims or investigations may be limited.
Northern Ireland Delivery Information
Due to current courier and transport restrictions surrounding alcohol-based products, some items sold by COW Home & Body are currently unavailable for delivery to Northern Ireland.
This mainly affects products containing alcohol, including:
- Interior Mists / Room Sprays
- Body Mists
- Bottl’d Eau de Parfum
- Hand Sanitisers
- Certain diffuser refills and fragranced products
Customers in Northern Ireland can still order many of our non-alcohol-based bath, body and home fragrance products as normal.
If your basket contains restricted items, checkout for Northern Ireland delivery addresses may be unavailable.
We are actively exploring additional courier solutions and hope to expand our Northern Ireland delivery options in the future.
Due to courier surcharges, the free shipping promotion is currently unavailable for Northern Ireland.
