• Reference, not replica – Our scents take creative inspiration from popular fragrances but are not identical.
• No affiliation – We are not connected, endorsed, or licensed by the original fragrance houses or brand owners.
• Clear labelling – We use the phrase “Inspired By” to make it clear that our products are our own creations.

Intellectual Property & Trademarks

• We do not use protected brand names, trademarks, or logos on our packaging or product titles.
• Where we mention “Inspired By [Fragrance/Brand]”, it is only to help customers understand the fragrance family or style they can expect.
• All intellectual property rights in the original perfumes belong to their respective brand owners.
