Some products sold by COW Home & Body may be offered as subscription purchases with recurring deliveries.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details will be stored securely and charged automatically for each recurring order unless the subscription is cancelled before the next billing date.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage, pause or cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • The subscription management link included in your order confirmation emails

To avoid being charged for your next subscription order, cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed, prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment has been taken.
