What are wax melts?
Wax melts are highly fragranced pieces of wax designed to be warmed in a wax burner or warmer to release fragrance throughout your home.
How do you use wax melts?
Simply place one or two pieces of wax into the top of your burner and allow it to melt using either a tealight or electric warmer.
How long do your wax melts last?
Longevity varies depending on fragrance, room size and burner type, but our wax melts are designed to provide a strong, long-lasting scent throw.
Are your wax melts strongly scented?

How many pieces should I use at once?
Most customers use one or two segments at a time depending on the size of their burner and how strong they want the fragrance to be.
What fragrances do you offer?
We offer a huge range of scents including laundry-inspired, sweet, fruity, fresh & clean, perfume-inspired and seasonal fragrances.
How do I change my wax melt scent?
Allow the wax to fully cool and harden before removing it from the burner. Many customers gently warm the bottom for a few seconds to help the wax slide out easily.
Are your wax melts handmade?
Yes. Our wax melts are hand-poured in small batches at our warehouse in the West Midlands.
Can I mix different wax melt scents together?
Absolutely. Many customers enjoy mixing fragrances together to create unique scent combinations throughout the home.
Are wax melts safer than candles?
Wax melts do not have an exposed wick, which many customers prefer. However, burners still become hot during use, so always follow safety instructions and never leave unattended.
