Shipping & Returns
All orders are processed within 2 to 6 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
We typically dispatch orders on Tuesdays and Fridays (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched via EvRi.
Your order MUST exceed £25 (before delivery fees) in order for you to get your free item.
This is simply just the place to choose what free item you’d like.
Choose one from any of the options when your order exceeds £25 and it’ll be out straight into your order when being packed. Free options are limited, so if you spot something you love sitting there waiting, be fast!
You must select an option here to redeem your free item, if this isn't done, nothing will be included as it will not show in your order sheet. It is up to you to choose your item for free.
